Lindsay Zetzsche is the owner and founder of Science Geek Games. She is a proud science geek and licensed genetic counselor who resides in Rochester, MN with her husband, 2 kids, and a variety of pets. She first had a spark of passion for genetics in 9th grade with a wonderful Biology teacher who made pedigree games to help students understand how genes are inherited. Combine that with reading Jurassic Park, a genetics geek was born.

Lindsay has held many genetic positions, the first as a clinical genetic counselor working with individual families impacted by genetic conditions. Lindsay has also worked in genetic laboratories and in healthcare insurance to promote the delivery of high-quality, cost-efficient, and patient-centered genetic medicine. She first started developing early concepts for genetic-based card games and board games during the pandemic, although the idea has only grown over the last few years.
